GPIO Parameters:[MODE]: Current pin mode
[DIR]: 0 - input pin, 1 - output pin
[DOUT]: Output value
[DIN]: Input value
[DRIVE]: Driving capability (0 to 7)
[SMT]: Enable Schmitt trigger
[IES]: Input enable (1: valid, 0: invalid)
[PULL_EN]: Enable pull-up/pull-down (input pin only)
[PULL_SEL]: 1 - pull up, 0 - pull down (input pin only)
[R1 R0]: Parallel resistor status (00 - disable both, 10 - enable R1, 01 - enable R0, 11 - enable both)
