Using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Service Tool, unlock the bootloader
On your Windows PC, download and install the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Service Tool.
On your Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 cellphone, navigate to Settings > About phone > MIUI version, and then touch on it seven times to enable USB debugging. Thus, Developer Options will be activated.
